TheServerPro also reserves the right to blacklist your IP address, even if the reason is not mentioned in these terms of service.

If our servers are used in any illegal activity, we will report to the proper authorities with all of your account information! If for any reason your account attributes to financial losses for Hankinson Enterprises Inc. by illegal use of our service we may under the law of Nova Scotia, Canada request your presence to court for redemption of the lost finances!

• 4. Resource intensive sites (as defined by TheServerPro) may be deleted without notice.
• 5. TheServerPro is not responsible for the content of any users homepages. Users will be held legally responsible for the contents of their web pages for, but not limited to the use of copyrighted material without the permission of the author(s) or posting any pornographic materials.
• 6. Any copyrighted files will be deleted without notice and may cause account deletion.
• 7. TheServerPro reserves the right to remove content which is deemed in TheServerPro's sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of the Terms of Service. TheServerPro reserves the right to remove content even if it is not in violation with the Terms of Service.
• 8. All proxy's are prohibited.
• 9. Any content with malicious intent is restricted and will result in your account being banned, your ip being blocked, and your ip will be turned over to the authorities.
• 10. TheServerPro may terminate your account at any time for any reason, even if the reason is not mentioned in the Terms of Service.
• 11. TheServerPro will not be liable for any of its services. We have the right to cancel our service at any time, and we will not be liable for any files that are lost and/or corrupted which may occur from a system crash or a hard disk failure. To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, TheServerPro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use TheServerPro services.
